Developing Cartoon Characters

 

I'm continually developing new cartoon characters. I actually have a bunch of them. This is one of the more recent ones. I'm always interested in letting these people talk and discovering who they are. This is the first appearance of this particular fellow. I have not given him a name, but he has an interesting face. I think he's talking to me.
